Extremely disappointed with our stay. Upon entering our room, I was instantly greeted with a musty, odd smell. As soon as I entered the bedroom area, I noticed a reddish brown stain on the sheets/duvet. After entering the bathroom, I then noticed hair on the sink and an open, USED bar of soap on the counter. After notifying the front desk of the stain on the sheets, they offered to give us a new set. We had to strip and remake the bed ourselves. We then noticed another wad of hair bunched up in the NEW set of sheets given to us. After we had finally remade the bed and the couch/pullout for our two young children, we thought we'd finally be able to relax. My husband went and purchased a few snacks from the market area in the lobby. We began to unwind and enjoy our snacks. I had to spit out the chips I had began eating due to a stale/rancid taste - they were EXPIRED! The longer we stayed, the more issues we ran into. We were thankful for the Lysol wipes we keep in our car. The desk and serving tray were sticky to the touch, along with many other surfaces. I truly believe we left the room CLEANER than when we arrived. Although there were many issues with the room and amenities, the staff were kind throughout our stay. For nearly $200 a night, we expected a much higher level of cleanliness and comfort.
