Staff was rude, not enough staff on. First room they gave us smelled like smoke and it's supposedly a smoke free hotel. Beds were reserved as queen then once checked in we were told they dont have queen only king or double. Requested a cot, xtra blankets and pillows when we checked in at 4pm and at 10pm when we checked we were told they have none left. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

The front desk receptionist (both the check-in and checkout) were super friendly and helpful. That’s about it. The problem there is the people who stays looks like permanent guesses from DSS and the loud noise were at all times specially at 1,2 and 3 in the morning, doors were shut, screaming running in the hallway, kids up at that time too. I felt like my car would be stolen in any minute as guys were setting in the work van in the parking lot for hours. The mattress needs to be changed as soon as u lay down has no support, ended waking up with back pain and I had never have a full electric stove next to my bed. The hotel needs to be renovated for the price they charge and they need to have policies for noises. It felt like I was staying in section 8 or the projects.

I would book elsewhere in the future.

The room was dirty, my sister's room smelled like someone had urinated in the A/C unit that blew it all over the room (she had to be moved to a new room it was so bad). My room had a cockroach and blood (an alarming amount of it, it did not look like a small cut worth) on the box spring. We told the staff and they were polite, but no response other than kind words.

This was a last minute booking for one night and was perfect for our needs. The area surrounding the hotel seemed a little dark but the hotel itself was quiet and although finishes were dated and need some updating everything was clean in the room. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing but again, given the price and last minute booking this was just what our family needed for a last minute decision to stay somewhere overnight.

The property was older it needs really to be updated. There was an odor about the property inside. Our room was a good size but had a full size oven and refrigerator that were not in the best of shape and you really couldn't use it so it was very weird. Breakfast was unlimited to say the least but the coffee was really good

Show up to the Clarion only to be surprised. Nothing like the photos and room not as expected, the smell had me with a headache. Not even sure why Expedia would even recommend this place. You can smell the cigarette Oder in the room. I should had read the reviews before booking. But was a last minute thing .
