The Meyers was not your average, run of the mill lodging. The rooms were spacious, with wooden flooring, a wood burning stove, and furniture that gave a feeling of antiquity. The grounds outside were beautiful, with rolling grassy areas as well as lots of seating for visiting or just enjoying nature.

Absolutely beautiful property! Loved seeing all the historic buildings. We had a late check in and early check out so we unfortunately didn’t meet any of the staff but the property was incredible and very well kept. We were given excellent instructions via text messages on how to do self check in/out. I enjoyed walking my dog early in the morning along the river and around the grounds. Perfect stay if you are traveling with a dog. We will absolutely be back for a longer stay!
