I stayed here for a weekend (Fri-Sun). The shower was not cleaned well. There were old dried up brownish shampoo or conditioner splash stains on the shower walls. The hand soap & body soap containers were empty. Other than those issues, everything else was great. Breakfast was really good, except for the over dry scrambled eggs. They had delicious cinnamon rolls & muffins, good biscuits & gravy & sausage. They have an automatic pancake maker that made pretty good pancakes (a bit on the thin side). I might stay here again next time I’m in the area. There’s a Walmart down the street, which is super convenient.

Everything was fine. Price too high, but that is normal for this part of MI. I stayed in another comparable motel in MI the night before for half the price. Breakfast tremendous. Staff very helpful, especially night staff, 9PM on, Sunday, Oct. 1st, very helpful. Would surely recommend.

The hotel itself is nice, and a good option if you need to stay in this area, though the lack of snow removal was a pain. There are some restaurants nearby, as well as a Walmart and a Meijer a couple of miles away. Hall Road is not particularly convenient to navigate, and the "Michigan left" is an acquired taste.

The stay was good. But got no sleep day or night kids running up and down the halls. People outside the pool area at 2am noisy. And this is the third time staying and never being able to enjoy the pool. Maybe you should have time limits for kids and adults. Your hskg are so very nice and helpful.

We recently stayed there 5 nights. 1st 4 nights were good, room was cleaned, beds were made. On the 5th night the housekeeper didn't make the beds! He only pulled the top cover up to make it look like he made the bed. I was so disappointed! We also told the front desk on the 5th day that toilet seat was broke. It slid around because bolts were broke. They said that they would have maintenance replace it. They never did! Dangerous! Wouldn't recommend staying there.
