Great location - I arrived the cruise terminal (10 mins walk) and left from the train station (30 mins walk), with sightseeing. Staff very helpful. Room large and generally fine but some maintenance issues. Breakfast good but very quiet (at Easter). Luggage storage in a room but no security on it. Bar not open while i was there (but there are lots of places nearby)

Room was clean and hotel in an excellent location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. The room itself was a little dated, but well-equipped with a sitting area and kitchen. Repairs and upgrades are underway - we heard construction during our stay but nothing too disruptive. Housekeeping came every other day instead daily (this may be because I'd booked a Studio instead of a regular room). One night we did not have hot water, but it was quickly resolved once reported to the Front Desk. Overall the room suited our needs well. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as there are many cafes nearby.

Budget hotel in the middle of town. You get what you pay for. Clean enough rooms with private bathroom and that’s about it. Skip the breakfast as it is the cheapest of the cheap products and the staff at the breakfast is borderline hostile.

Very clean comfortable rooms with excellent in-room amenities. The hotel staff are quite friendly and the breakfast buffet is very inpressive. It's location near the Teatro Massimo in the old section of the City also makes it very easy to navigate the city.

This property could be fantastic with a bit of work/repairs. I can live with a few tiles missing in the shower and bathroom but what cause my low review was the lack of air conditioning. They turn it off in the cooler months for the whole building! Was not informed of this on check in and after waking in a seat at 1am went to the desk and they told me to open the window...around 2am the garbage trucks arrived, so verry little sleep. It was 26C in the room!
