We loved the Klagan regency. Everything about it was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again if we visit Kota Kinabalu.

No parking available so we parked at the mall adjacent to the hotel. Our flights are at 9am so we checked out at 5.30am but door to mall car park is locked by mall staff. Walked up car ramps to car park from outside but could not leave as payment must be made inside the mall which open at 10am. There are also no security personnel at mall to help us. Fortunately a kind hotel was was able to call mall parking attendant to come over in motorbike so we can pay and leave the car park. Fortunately we had ample time and did not miss our flights.

공항에서 멀고 액티비티하러 가기에도 멀어요~ 깨끗하단 후기가 있어 예약했는데 깨끗하다고 느끼지 못했고 욕조가 오래되어 보였어요. 무엇보다도 얼리체크인을 했는데 말하는 사람마다 다르고 간보는 느낌으로 슬쩍 떠보는 느낌이 싫었어요~ 전화로 물어봤을때 100링킷 보증금이고 나머지가 얼리체크인이라고 해서 일찍 체크인을 했는데 추가 보증금 100링킷을 더 달라는거예요. 그래서 전화로 들었을때와 다르다하니 더 안받고 100링킷 보증금 나머지 비용이 얼리체크인 비용이라고 설멍해주며 그대로 진행하더니 체크 아웃할때 다른 직원분이 하셨는데 보증금 100링킷을 안주시는거죠. 지불한 금액이 얼리체크인 비용이었다면서 좀 어이가 없어 더이상 실갱이하기 싫어 나왔어요. 100링킷이 아까워서 화난게 아니라 그때그때 달라지는 상황이 기분 나빴어요. 마지막 날 이 부분때문에 기분 상해있어요.

Great hotel near to the UMS campus.

Was here on a vacation, and stayed in KK for a few nights while exploring Sabah. This hotel is convenient and is located in a large mall. It seems to be an old Novotel, but has not really been maintained well and is in need of some repair. However, it is clean and comfortable and the series excellent! The breakfast is comprehensive and good and the rooms are large. The only is so we had was the water in the show as not quite hot enough, and parking is a big problem. The hotel itself does not have any reserved par and there is no valet service. There is only street part, but because it is located at a big mall, most of the time there is no parking available. Overall, a good hotel outside of downtown. Note that it takes about 20 minutes to drive to downtown from this hotel.

Nice hotel near UMS

Vacation with my wife. Overall the hotel is nice, and the service is very good, but the parking is a big problem. There is only street parking available, and because the hotel is part of a mall, it is really hard to find parking. The hotel should provide at least valet pa.

Only four car parkings available, and always got people reserve to the extremely limited parking. Should have been 1st come 1st serve basis instead. Extremely difficult to get a parking.
