Review: In comparison to other TownePlace suites Marriott that I’ve seen, this one was quite disappointing. even the lobby area was that of a much less costly hotel. The breakfast was a joke. There was no fresh anything, not even the fruit. They had packaged sausage biscuits and egg And ham croissants. They had the refrigerated unit locked as I was told that the temperature was not cold enough and if they got inspected, they’d be written up for it. The first night in the room, we had no TV. Nobody came up When I called. They just said that they had heard some complaints from other guest and that they would move me to another room. This was after we traveled nine hours and went out to eat and came home at 9 o’clock. That would’ve been a huge inconvenience to change rooms. The next day they did fix it. The room seemed clean enough, however, no one came in to make the beds or anything on our second night. Their main reason/excuse for a lot of things that were sub standard, was that it was not busy for them. So I guess that’s why things were just not up to par. I must say that the young ladies at the desk were very sweet and as accommodating as they could be. I did complain about the TV and told them that we need to be compensated for having no TV in a hotel that was over $100 a night. She did take off one night fee, which was a huge compensation and we were happy with that. I do not blame the employees for the lack of accommodations and services of this hotel. This was purely ma
