we had a one night stay in the Manganelli Palace. The staff were exceptionally helpfull and friendly, which made up for the rather run down internal condition of the room and some of the corridors. My bathroom in particular was in need of a refurbishment as there was black mould around the bath. It was clean but run down. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast good. I would stay here again because it is so centrally located and the staff were so lovely.

Street signs do not help to locate the property. The entrance does not look even close to the picture you show. Front desk personnel was helpful, especially Jessica. Very unfortunately at our next stop after 4 days at this facility we discovered items missing, specifically money. We did not go back to complain; we had no extra time. Live and learn I guess.
