This place is awesome. We didn't expect to be spending two nights in a historic building with so much character. The meals were excellent and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately we overlapped with a small bus tour that had the dining hall to themselves one evening, but dinner in the wine cellar was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

This property is absolutely stunning. Every part of the property is special. There are paths leading to small alcoves, quiet corners, gardens, and so many classically romantic spots. Every turn, indoors and outdoors, leads to a quiet spot perfect for meditation or peaceful conversation. The staff are amazing--reception, caretaker, dining room. Dinner is served in a room featuring candlelight, fine linens, and silver. Breakfast is equally elegant. Overall I would absolutely rate this place 11/10.

Wonderful rural retreat hotel, with only 15 drive to the coast and some wonderful hillside cities and towns full of historical buildings that were fascinating to see. A former monestry, which is full of charm, peacefulness and tranquility. The breakfast was something to look forward to every morning. The staff very polite and helpful. We will certainly be returning !

We loved this rural historic hotel and its tranquility. The staff were very helpful friendly; thank you Guiseppe. Dinner in the onsite restaurant was excellent. We also booked a half day e-bike tour through the hotel, which was the highlight of our trip to Sicily.

Ci siamo tornati per il terzo anno consecutivo. Per noi è un luogo del cuore . Location stupenda, un eremo ristrutturato con estrema cura ed attenzione ai particolari, annessa aviosuperficie risalente alla seconda guerra mondiale . L' intero complesso esercita un incredibile fascino . Il personale è discreto e presente. che dire ? arrivederci al prossimo anno

Staff was super helpful in getting all our luggage to our beautiful room on the top floor from the parking lot! So the limited elevator service was not a problem! The very old buildingsWe felt we like we were definitely the personal guests of the owner, who was there during our stay!

We had a very unique and enjoyable experience at Hotel Eremo Della Giubliana. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival and our check in went very efficiently. We were provided a tour of the property and a brief history of the hotel. Our room was spacious and bed was quite comfortable. Amenities at the hotel are as shown on their website. We enjoyed an incredible dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel and all the food was homemade and cultivated on the property. Fantastic quality! Ample breakfast buffet as well. If you are looking for a unique experience outside the city of Ragusa this is your place. Mille Grazie to the kind staff at Hotel Eremo Della Giubliana! We look forward to coming back.

Perfection

This hotel is set in the countryside and is beautifully coverted series of farmhouses. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers with a garden begind, perfect for lunch. I also had dinner in the courtyard adn breakfast in the hall, both great settings. The staff were very friendky, the food was excellent.
