Excelllent on all accounts! This was the most pleassant and rewarding hotel experience we have had for years. The staff is very attentive, and unusually friendly. Smiling, helpful and a true pleassure to communicate with. (And they know English too, which is not very usual around in this area.) The hotel has a beautiful location, and the facilities are perfect. Our room was large, beautifully furnished - and had a great view over the lake. Sunny terrasse. Quiet. We were offered a large variety of food and drinks, and it was artistically presented and tasted good. Everything was above what you could expect - and most perfect was the friendly staff.

We booked very last minute and only for one night but I wish we had been here longer. Excellent location, the breakfast was the finest we have had in Colombia and the waiting staff are beyond attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. Love this hotel, beautiful large room. Perfect size hotel , very cost. Food was good. Can book boat , jet ski directly from the hotel and its dock. We had a room downstairs that had a fan and it worked well for us in July.
