Really lovely apartment in a quirky area of Eindhoven. Loft with a nice balcony. Comfy bed, walk in shower and a kitchenette. Nice restaurant round the corner (Fifth) and a carpark that was about €10 from 9am to 9pm.

The room is nice and the location is good. Unfortunately, we had no WiFi for the 1st 3 days of our 6 day stay. We also had no TV. This was finally resolved but I had to push for it. There are no humans to interact with. It’s all done via AI 1st and if you persist, you get a human on email but they don’t always respond. There were lots of drain flies in the apartment and no cleaning done so no way to get rid of them. We had no towel changes or cleaning done in our 6 night stay and we had to buy our own toilet paper. At £175 a night I think that’s outrageous. The final straw was the lift breaking down and we then had to take golf clubs, trollies and luggage down 2 flights of steep stairs. It was a real shame as the room could have been great. I book hotel rooms more than 20 times a year and wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice place for those who prefer a flat/bedsit

Overall it’s a great place if you’re happy to look after yourself and have no need for a reception desk or city central position. The rooms are nice and my stay was relatively quiet, I preferred it to a hotel and it actually cost less

Hyggelig udsigt, perfekt beliggenhed til centrum Sengen var gået i stykker. Problemer med indtjekning, stedet havde glemt at sende kode til hotellet, prøvede at kontakte dem flere gange , men de lagde på midt i samtalen , måtte ringe op 3 gange.

An area with several buildings like modern apartment buildings and renovate industrial buildings, some bar/restaurants around the corner that make it in the evening a nice environment. Elevator was not my favorite (wheel chair model), but apartment was fine. We like the small balcony.

Problem opening the door from the street, only possible after advice from cleaning staff. Have to push the door before opening. Unable to read the direction on how to use the TV. A bit tired, need an opdate.

Multiple issues arose during our stay, and despite repeated follow-ups, most remained unresolved. Check-in Process The check-in experience was far from seamless. I had requested an early check-in several days in advance and fully understood that it was not guaranteed. However, Limehome was unable to provide a definitive response until the day of arrival. A simple "no" would have been acceptable, but instead I had to contact multiple support agents before one finally provided a clear answer, creating unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Hygiene Concerns We found strands of hair on the towels immediately upon arrival. Replacement towels were only provided the following day. Ineffective Support Support responses were often delayed, and some agents were unhelpful or outright rude, making issue resolution even more frustrating. Broken Elevator The elevator was out of service throughout our stay. Reaching the property required climbing what felt like nearly 100 steep steps across multiple flights of stairs. For anyone with mobility or knee issues, this would be extremely challenging. Air Conditioning Issues During a severe heatwave, reliable air conditioning was essential. Unfortunately, the AC performed poorly from day one, with inadequate cooling and frequent, random shutdowns. Although support acknowledged the issue and promised updates and compensation, neither ever materialized.

The Apartment is situated in an industrial estate. No shops nearby. Lighting outside the apartment entrance is poor. Once you enter the building i noted only 2 out of the 8 lights were working. It was really dark & a bit scary. Bed matress was sagging & uneven, needs replacing urgently. Pillows were flat,no support totally uselss. This & the matress prevented a good night sleep. No spare pillows either.No milk & batteries were missing from remote control for TV. Balcony light bulb missing from holder. I did ask for early check-in however no response from company if this was successful. Very poor communications. No humans to call or assist you,
