This hotel was okay. Their complementary breakfast was a joke. Coffee, water and banana nut muffins only. This hotel was at the beginning of the boardwalk therefore you had to walk distance to restaurants. Great beach access was the only thing that is worth your stay.

Great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. Not an Ocean View from the room unless you are standing on the balcony, but it is advertised as such. Room was clean, but rather small, good TV with ability to change sources to enable access for plugging in your streaming devices etc. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. even though our view was courtyard, since we were on the second floor our balcony was the courtyard and could walk to edge to see the beach. The beach at this hotel was not as crowded and only an 8 min walk to the main strip. The room was not spotless and the shower ended up flooding the bathroom. But from the reviews, I expected this. The AC unit is very loud, but ended up being like my night sound machine, so slept well. However, the front desk staff (especially Victoria) was amazing. Super communicative and friendly. My son left our towel in the lobby and they washed it for us!! So sweet. We were also able to park our car in the garage earlier than check in and was able to stay parked there a bit after check out. Would come back if the rate is good and only staying 1 night.
