The room was decent size. We had 2 adults 1 kid and 2 dogs. There was enough room for all of us. The trail to the beach is awesome. There was plenty to do if u are staying more than a night. Game room, fire pit for s'mores and hot dogs. Boats and kayaks for the canal. The staff was nice and helpful.

Our weekend with the family was just awesome. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Staff very kind and friendly. All the amenities are awesome, but hopefully in our next stay the heater for the swimming pool will be fixed. My grandkids still went swimming water was not freezing but we are hoping the pool heater will be working for next time. We recommend this Resort.

We really like this place, this was our second time staying and it may be our preferred place to stay at Ocean Shores. We love that it is pet friendly and we like the canoe rentals. While the rooms are older we like the cozy home like feel but if you are not able to manipulate the tight spiral staircase to the bedroom or tight bathroom spaces it would be a challenging place to stay.

The resort offers once and outdoor activities to do and is right next to the beach. We had four adults and two kids. We all slept comfortably and we were able to cook in the little kitchen for our meals which meant saving us a ton of money from eating out. Will definitely stay again

Let's talk about the good: Clean room, well-maintained appliances and furniture. Now let's talk about what didn't work: 1) The pool and hot tub were out of order 2) The WiFi was spotty at best 3) The terrible WiFi meant that the TV system could not connect to any network and did not work. The spotty WiFi appeared to be a known issue as we were warned about this at check-in, but it impacted every. single. thing. I was disappointed at this level of broken stuff.

Everything was exactly as I expected. Path to beach needed a small improvement during rainy season to not have to walk through a large unavoidable puddle but it was already stormy and there was a warm dry room to come back to! We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Surfcrest Resort. It's a great location, the staff is friendly, it's close to the ocean, and the house was very comfortable and convenient. The only downside was that the pool heater wasn't working (it was broken). We will definitely be back!

This was a nice place to stay, clean, and fairly close to the beach. The pool and hot tub are still down. I love the individual heaters in each room and the fireplace is nice and cozy. Be sure to turn the fireplace up SLOWLY, as it is gas and can make a loud boom if you turn it up too quickly. If you walk barefoot, mind the stairs, as they are made of rocks and HURT going up and down them.

Nice resort with many amenities. The pool and hot tub were closed. They had a big fire pit that was well stocked with wood. The game room was fun. Easy trail to the beach. Maybe 5 minute walk. There is a convenient store about 1.5 miles away. The room was well equiped with a kitchen and fulll size refrigerator. The only downside was the beds are upstairs via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the lower level. Midnight bathroom trips are interesting. I would stay there again.
