The room was good overall, and a great value compared to other places nearby. There are signs of age, particularly the TV that had big areas of burn-in on the screen. But it fell short of 5 stars because of the 2 things: the lights were all too harsh, too bright LEDs, and the linens had such a strong fragrance it kept waking me up.

Great place to stay close to the ocean. The manager Jade and other staff made us feel welcome. The continental breakfast was great and was better than other places we’ve stayed. Easy parking, great location, comfortable bed and well managed… would stay there again for sure!

We happened upon this place on a road trip 6 years ago when we were exhausted and needed to stop for the day. It was an adorable gem in a perfect location, and all these years later I looked it up because we wanted to visit again. We were very happy with that decision! Perfect location, simple, very comfy, very clean with great amenities. We loved it 6 years ago and we love it still!

This stay was satisfactory for the price. Basic room is quite small and crowded by oversized furniture. The beach view was very nice, but I was expecting beach access which there wasn't. All in all, I would recommend this stay as the room and bedding were clean.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and we will be returning! The best thing g is the staff, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are cute, quiet and comfy with a nice basic shower. The bed was amazing and you can’t beat the view here! They also had a nice continental breakfast and great coffee!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The motel sits right on the Gualala Bluff Trail, which is scenic and charming. Groceries and eateries are all a short walking distance from the motel, no car needed.
