The staff were friendly especially the catering staff. Resort restaurant not open some nights, but night markets only 15 minute walk away and many small restaurants nearby. resort very quiet in off season. Beach in front of resort not worth trying to swim at it’s very shallow and a lot of reef much better to walk 15 minutes up the beach.

The bathroom was the nicest, most modern looking part of the room, while the rest of the room had a slightly run down appearance. While airport transfer (airport to hotel) was successfully arranged and went smoothly, it appeared that despite prior communication, the trip back to the airport was not arranged until we confirmed with them in person. One bonus, however, is the pool with ocean view and their good rates for laundry.

This was quite a nice hotel for the amount that I paid. It’s a bit rough around the edges but care is taken to really give the place a luxury, wellness vibe. It’s right on Lamai beach and not very crowded. Plenty of options to find your own private swimming spot on the beach, which i really liked. There are 2 nice big swimming pools and the surroundings are so very nicely landscaped.

Det finns inte gym, dom har yoga varje måndag. Det finns dock ett utegym för 20 bath ca 100 m bort. Personalen är super trevlig, rummen är rena, wifi funkar jätte bra och frukosten är fantastisk! Rekommenderar starkt. Vill man festa så kan man ta taxi till chaweng som tar ca 5-10 min. Läget på hotellet är lugnt och skönt.

Resort had zero atmosphere. Staff seemed disinterested and very unprofessional. The bar was never attended and when asking for a drink you had to go into the kitchen to where they were all sat with faces glued to there phones. Breakfast was the same everyday and was always greeted with "what eggs do you want" rather than good morning. I would definitely recommend not staying at this resort.

This resort is old and need a lot of TLC. The only think I liked about the hotel was the location and the female reception (don’t know her name) but she wears red lipstick. To make a long story short, this was the last city my friends and I visited. I booked 2 rooms for 10-12 June. We had to change rooms TWICE because one room smelled like a dead animal. The other room the maintenance guys took the room over for hours to make repairs to next room. The hotel manager had us waiting for hours just to change rooms and he really did not know what to do. According to the manager, the owner only wanted to give us lunch to try to keep us calm because they wanted a good review.. We later learned the entire hotel had NO HOT WATER and a couple of the rooms have NO AC. The beds were very, very firm. The so-called restaurant served overcooked and terrible food. The food was better at Waterline Restaurant. The hotel rates are well overpriced and they are not willing to accommodate guests by making necessary repairs before guests arrives. This hotel is not worth the money at all. Actually this hotel cost more than the other 2 hotels we stayed at in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. We had a much better experiences and the buffets were delicious. You did nothing to make sure we had a good experience in Koh Samui but take our money. Therefore I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever stay at this hotel again. I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Koh Samui - Awesome

great place but it lacked fits and fittings, lots of damages and no repairs probably COVID could be the reason. No excuses required but standard need to be retained. Yes I did extended my stay but it was for the Island, amazing place and was painful to leave.

Sehr tolles Hotel

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit Meerblick für 4 Nächte. Sehr freundliches Personal, saubere und Grüße Zimmer. Beim Frühstück gibts eine sehr große Auswahl. Schöner Pool und Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Noisy place to be, wrong pictures

The hotel is situated on a very busy and noisy street. The main pictures were those of a swimming pool that is not accessible (only for suites). The staff is rude. Breakfast to improve. The beach was rather dirty with very shallow water. Fountains were out of order with Brown water and algae. What a shame...

Hotel just out of the hustle & bustle of Lamai

SB is located within walking distance to the centre of Lamai on the beach. The hotel is clean & staff are very friendly. I was upgraded to an executive suite which was very spacious & would be great if traveling with children. This room also has access to a private pool. The beds were very hard & staff did add a topper on the bed to make this more bearable. The rooms are dark & hv a musky smell. There had been a lot of rain & no doubt this caused the smell. Overall the hotel was good but could be improved with maintenance to the building to make it better. I like staying in this location & there are plenty of taxis & shuttles passing by to go to chaweng or Lamai if you don't feel like walking.
