CABINN Odense Hotel

Sengen var skæv i den ene side ud mod rummet, så jeg havde fornemmelsen af at trille ned på gulvet. Værelset (og alt andet undtagen receptionen) var kogende varmt. AC - eller hvad det nu var - havde ingen effekt overhovedet. Jeg kunne godt finde på at overnatte her om vinteren, men aldrig mere under en hedebølge.

CABINN is a well established hotel chain in Denmark. Don't expect the comfort of a major hotel: the rooms have bunkbeds and are quite small. However what you get for your money is a very convenient location - the Odense CABINN is literally next to the railway station and a short walk from the old town which is stuffed full of attractions. Wi-Fi was strong and efficient. The TV was good with a choice of 10 channels and though the bathroom is functional (you have to remember to switch the shower and tap controls as you need them), the shower was good. Breakfast is provided and is good for what you pay for, with social distancing measures in place.

A fine, functional Hotel, with the smallest beds I have ever tried! We had a double (two beds pushed together) and being an amorous pair, they soon parted and we ended up on the floor. So, good service, clean etc. Not for Honeymooners!!!

I thought The Cabinn Hotel was Absolutely perfect for my stay. It was so easy to find, right next to,the station. It was Amazing value for money. The room was perfect & the bathroom worked Brilliantly Well. The staff were lovely & helpful, even printed out my Boarding pass & everything. I cannot fault The Cabinn Hotel & will definitely stay next time I come to Odense. Thank you very much. X

Fantastic service, fantastic breakfast, but the room was a bit cold.

Good for the price and proximity to Odense Central Train and bus station. The downsides were thin walls, heard my neighbor snoring as though they were lying next to me and water going down the drain from the unit above. They also use a perfumed soap with their towels and other linens which is quite strong and for someone who avoids perfumes it was a bit overwhelming. The bed creaked with the slightest move, but I'd stay again if I was just there to rest for the night before an early train again. As others state, the rooms are small, but I found mine comfortable as a solo traveler.

Poor design in almost every way. Even the Captain room unsuitable for more than one person because the tiny wet room was positioned in the middle of the room rather than at one corner. This reduces the floor space disproportionately. Kettle dangerous as no auto switch off function. Showet control illogical as you have to open the shower curtain to reach the control, thereby making a complete mess of water on the floor. Non existent ventilation meant room was too hot despite the temp outside being only 13 degrees C! But I suppose the bed itself was passable

Simple rooms and nice at the same time Service is very good

The location is perfectly situated so close to the train station and activities and tourist sites! I was, however, very confused about the shower which had a “squeegee” available and quickly learned it was there for a definite reason ... to squeegee the water off the bathroom floor and down the drain! Crazy! The staff was wonderful and I enjoyed the breakfast.
