Good stay. Helpful, accomodating staff, clean building. My room was clean, but a higher attention to detail is reccomended, bedding , towels etc clean,.

Awful, did not feel safe, did not stay the night and checkedout after 20 minutes of being there. Corridors smelt of smoke, rooms are worn and questionable if hygienic. No amenities. Taxi driver advised not to stay there as not safe.

Staff or reception wasnt helpful at all our booking was wrong date asked if any spare rooms and could we swap days they said no rooms available but the proceeds to tell us for £100 we could stay the night. How was it full one min the next for £100 we could stay . i for one wouldnt pay £20 let alone £100, lift didnt work so for two females that struggle with mobilty issues we had to stay else where and lose the booking no refunds were issued

Not the best hotel I've stayed in, but not the worst. Refurbishment ongoing. Hotel was clean, with friendly staff. Will stay there again.

The hotel was good for the price we paid. Could have done with an extra pillow for the beds but otherwise was exactly what we expected and needed for the overnight stay we had.

The hotel itself looked quite rundown from the front and in the lobby. The room was clean but side.lights didn't work next to the bed and the shower head was broken too. Found the hotel quite noisy as no soundproofing so could hear people going in and out of rooms and talking in the halls. Bed was comfy though!

Very tired and In need of refurbishment , blocked sink, no door handle on the bathroom door, no remote for the TV, cigarette stub left on the carpet, carpet had stains, only 2 pillows provided and were flat, window closed and still allowed breeze to come in. A very unpleasant stay, we left in the evening to stay at another hotel

The room was clean, spacious and recently decorated. I would have liked to have known that the hotel was having major renovations to the entire downstairs, including the reception area. Apart from this, staff were courteous and happy.
