Thank you for following up. The staff was kind and welcoming, but I did experience several issues with my room. I booked my room days in advance and was given a total at the time of booking. However, when I checked my account afterward, I noticed that I had been overcharged.
I originally reserved a room with two queen beds. The first room I received was a handicap-accessible room, which I did not request, and when I pulled back the covers while sanitizing, I found spiders in one of the beds. I was then moved to a second room where the bed was unmade and the linens were still dirty. The third room I was moved to had one bed and a pullout sofa, which again did not match my reservation. Additionally, the bathroom could have been cleaner.
After a long day of traveling and attending my son's game, we were exhausted and did our best to make the situation work. However, I was not....and still am not.....pleased with having to settle for something different from what I reserved and paid for.
