Avery pleasant stay , our room was small but very clean and comfortable, we were only staying one night ! All staff were very friendly and very welcoming, we had breakfast which was really very good , I’m gluten intolerant and they were very accommodating and had everything that I needed ! The staff was amazing and accomodating. The breakfast was also amazing. However, we had many problems with the room beginning with a door that would not lock and then a broken toilet. We had to move between 2 rooms which was not ideal but i believe this new hotel will work out these problems going forward.

This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)!
