Buena ubicación

Buena ubicación, cerca de la Torre de la campana, estación de metro y un mercado de souvenirs, las recepcionistas no hablan inglés pero tratan de comunicarse, fueron de ayuda para ubicar puntos de interés y como llegar en transporte público.

Ubicación

Cerca de una estación de metro (imprescindible para moverse en Pekin) y a un paso andando de la torre de la campana y el tambor. En poco tiempo te encontrarás en la entrada del parque Jingshan. Hotel correcto en general.

En general me gusto mucho este hotel. Lo unico que no toleré es la mala predisposicion de las mujeres de la recepcion. Muy poco dispuestas, no me gustaron, el resto de diez!

Si bien la habitacion estaba limpia,

Si bien la habitacion estaba limpia, olia muy mal (a canerias) todas las habitaciones del hotel olian igual, si reservan la habitacion mas barata le van a dar una entre pasillos (sin luz exterior), la ubicacion bien, pero esta en un hutong (callejuela) y a la noche no parece muy segura, por lo menos para mi (mujer viajando sola)

Terrible hotel, the worst I ever experienced

The WIFI is often off, computer keeps telling me there is no WIFI. The TV displays are not clear, only few channels to choose. No elevator to use. You have to carry luggages by stairs. The soaps for clean your body are small as finger nails, hard to grab.

Disappointed with hotel

Well i never booked this hotel to begin with for my holiday, but had to transfer and was told it was an upgrade by expedia and had a view out of the window. But when i arrived there the building looked like it was being redone and in the lobby it was terrible, there were air conditioning systems everywhere and metal beams on the floor, there was alot of rubbish outside of reception and flooring falling apart in the lobby so i was already very disappointed and not happy. The staff didnt speak any english so language barrier was difficult, but once we got to our room there was no view out the window just bricks and rubbish and when using our shower it would flood everytime and when we were given new towels we even had one towel given to us ripped in half. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone and also several times our key card didnt work so had to get staff to let us in our room, not worth booking with this hotel

値段が値段なので文句言えません。

場所は、良いが、エレベーターも、ないので大きな荷物があると大変です。 Wifiの接続が悪くてイライラします。 部屋は三階でしたが、延泊するのをやめて、自力で違うホテルを探しました。 地下鉄のG出口から徒歩３分くらいですが、よく利用したのが２号線なのでそこからだと、かなり歩くことになるので面倒です。

So-so hotel but in a fantastic location

I've stayed at the Beijing Hutong Hotel (Zaoyuanju) many times over the past 8 years and it hasn't changed. It's a cheap hotel, with only so-so conditions (small rooms, sometimes smelly, bathroom doors that don't close, etc.), and few amenities except that it's in probably the best place in Beijing if you value being down a hutong that is right next to the metro and a stone's throw from the Drum Tower, with a lot of wonderful restaurants, coffee places, etc. The thing I noticed on my most recent trip, when I came with 5 family members, is that the staff has become increasingly unfriendly and difficult. They must have made a pact lately to try to be unhelpful to guests. They are surly, seem unhappy, and instinctively say NO if you ask them anything. If you speak Chinese, that helps, as it did for us. In the end, we were able to get what we needed most of the time (like changing a room when it smelled like a broken toilet) but if you need a fair amount of help or advice, and/or are picky about good service, this probably isn't your place.

Close to subway

It was great location in old Beijing but the staff didn't help they cause a lot of problems when we had a tour as we booked else where. Bed was rock hard we were in a non smoking room how ever it stunk of smoke . Heating was good hot water was great.

ホテル内場所によってWIFIの状態がピンキリであり、非常に良い部屋もあれば、まったくダメな部屋もある。そういう時は面倒ではあるがフロントまで下りれば大概大丈夫。近くに飲食店もたくさんあり、食べるに困らないし、コンビにも駅方面に２軒あって便利である。駅も徒歩５分のところにあり、立地的に良いところにあるが、ホテルや部屋の設備の割には部屋代が高めである。

In nice hutong near many attractions (drum and bell towers and shopping). Receptionist spoke great English which was helpful. Be careful as they charge you for what you use in the room (bottled water for example).

エクスペディアの割引のお陰で値段の割には比較的状態の良い部屋に宿泊することができた。チェックアウトの際、支払い済みの泊数より一日多いと言われた。幸い手元に支払い済みの印刷紙があったので、すぐにホテル側の電算入力に誤りがあったことが判明した。そんなの調べればわかることであろうが、飛行機搭乗など時間的に余裕のないときとかだと焦ることになるかもしれないので、支払い済み印刷など証明できるものがあれば問題なく済む。ホテルは立地条件もよかったし、従業員も親切であったので感謝する。

部屋での悪臭はこのホテルに限ったことではないが耐え難い。北京の少し古い建物はトイレの排水口からでるメタンガスで悪臭がするのが現状。運悪く悪臭のひどい部屋に当たり替えてもらえないのなら、トイレのドアを閉め換気扇を回すしかない。何よりこのホテルの魅力は200元未満（定価は330元ほどではあるが）で安価であり、また地下鉄の駅に近く便利であること。

このホテルは駅から近いのが最大の長所である。部屋の構造はどれをみてもほとんど同じであるが、質は部屋によって当たり外れがある。２階のある部屋は浴室の排水がうまくいかず、シャワーが終わると床に溜まった水が外に溢れる直前にまでなったことがある。反面、３階のある部屋は排水の問題が全くなく嫌な匂いもなし。２号線や８号線の駅が近いので地下鉄で移動する人には便利。道路の向こう側にコンビニやスーパーもあって便利。

Pas prévenu qu' il n' y avait pas de fenêtre

Je suis allé plusieurs fois dans cet hôtel, j' ai toujours été bien reçu. Le personnel est serviable et parle Anglais. A proximité des ligne 2 et 8 du metro, et de restaurants sympatiques. En revanche méfiance, la chambre premier prix n' a pas de fenêtre extérieure, mais intérieure, et ce n' est pas annoncé lors de la réservation. On ne le voit que sur le mail de confirmation, pas avant. Ce qui signifie que l' on peut peut etre trouvé pour un prix semblable une chambre avec fenêtre ailleurs. Ce procédé n' est pas très honnête, je vais faire une reclamation.
