The hotel was filthy; it smelled really bad of mold and the A/C did not work properly in any of the rooms so everything was sticky and humid. The bed & carpet were essentially wet every night from the humidity. It was also 40+ minutes away from the house/shopping/and restaurants, so it was not an ideal location to be in because nothing was close by.

As soon as we walked in the front door, you could sense it wasn't real clean. Our room stunk. I burned a candle and the small still lingered. The bathrooms by the breakfast area hadn't been touched for two days. No soap. Towels all over the floor from overflow. A customer complained twice about the bathrooms. Finally someone went in with paper towels and soap. The food was good. The girl in there was super friendly and cleaned well. The elevator stopped on level 2 every time you went up or down. Not what you would exot out of a Holiday inn. W won't be returning.

This is our home away from home on our annual trips to visit with family. The staff is always friendly and the facility is clean. We did have some issues this time with people above us, but hotel staff tried to resolve for us. We brought our furbaby with us this time and had no issues. The free breakfast is always good, we love Jessica (if you visit, tell her that her favorite people from FL say hi). She always has a smile on her face and makes sure you have what you need. One other note, the beds sit kind of high, if you're short you may want to bring a step stool :-)

Not as clean as I thought it would be based on other reviews I read before booking. Was just ok. Staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast ok but mostly just pre-made, frozen/heated food. On a positive, coffee was available very early in the a.m.

Had to change rooms because host wasnt sure if room had been fullly cleaned. Found 2 long black hairs in tub after i showered. I do not have black long hair. Yuck.
