This is a very friendly and clean establishment. The morning breakfast buffet is so so yeah there’s a market of choice within walking distance and it’s located close to a pancake house.

My fiancée’s credit card was charged once after I told the person at the front desk, who incidentally looked disheveled with his wrinkled shirt hanging out, that I was going to pay cash upon check out the next day! After I paid cash upon checking out his card was charged AGAIN! I called and left a voice mail with Melissa Cunningham to call me in the morning to straighten this mess out.

Twas OK. Room was clean and spacious. TV situation was pretty old school and left a lot to be desired. My biggest gripe was my room was missing a lot of necessities. Got in the shower and soap things were empty. No ice bucket. Staff at the front desk was helpful, but kind of annoying having to go up and ask for soap and stuff.

Easy check in. GF options at breakfast bar. They did not do a very good job with cleaning our room. First day I left the empty Kleenex box to be replaced and it wasn’t and the bed just had the cover pulled up. Second day no cleaning at all. We came back after a long day and dirty towels still on the floor and bed not made. I had to go down to get towels after waiting over 30 minutes for them to be brought up. He said he forgot. Was going to credit the card, but since we booked with Expedia he couldn’t do anything except offer 2 free items from the snack bar. Big deal.

The hotel was walkable to the University of Oregon, which was a plus. However, not sure if I would be comfortable walking at night in the area. Overall our room was nice and clean, minus the bathroom. It has a musty smell which I think came from the shower curtain? The bathtub had a big stain. We were there for only 2 nights so we just dealt with it. The bed was comfy.
