Great Stay!
We had an amazing Trip. We loved our stay here, but we would not stay in an Atrium View room again. The atrium is small and narrow so if you have the shades open, you feel very exposted. Other than that, we LOVED it and will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Savannah. The location is great, check-in was easy, Nevada (front desk staff) was fantastic, hot continental breakfast was delicious and had better grits than some of the restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Side Note: We did our own parking at the Bryan St garage and believe we saved money that way.

Our commode leaked for all 4 days we stayed there, the noise was like Chinese torture. We put up with that for 2 days then we asked at the reception if they could send a plumber or a maintenance person to fix it but nobody came. We had to try to fix it ourselves. Also every time that another room guest would flush their toilet it would flush ours a little bit and make noise. They were not really minding the store because for 2 days we didn’t have body wash. They didn’t replace the container attached to the wall in the shower. Everything else was okay.

Bad elevator signage
Great location. So close to centre of River Street and downtown. Only issue is signage on elevator. When you select floor “2” the door opens on floor 2 however the numbers on the side of the door says “2R” (rear). When you select floor “2R” the signage on elevator side says “2”. They are signed backwards. Very confusing for first time visitors. Also sign in elevator to find gym says get out at 2R but it is actually located on floor 2. Change all signage to “2F” front and “2R” rear door this is what the display in elevator says.
