This is what the locals call a man camp used by oil workers. Breakfast and dinner was not very good. Rooms feel like a trailer and bed is very, very uncomfortable, similar to sleep on a hard floor. I switched to Comfort Inn Suites on my last night-wished I stayed at Comfort Inn from the beginning.

this is my second stay. Both for the dog show in Hobbs NM. Huge rooms. Staff is wonderful and the meal served with the rate are great. Wish the had a good place for the dogs to walk but other than that I love this place and will be back next year.

Noicey & uncomfortable
No extra pillows , one the blanket, no curtains so room was bright at 7:45 am which woke up my fiancé & I. Had to hang blanket on blinds so it would be comfortable:( kinda. Want refund back really.

very nice
I came in for a dog show weekend and found this little out of the way motel. It is great breakfast and dinner offered. I took advantage of both and was pleased all the way around. It was a lovely experience. I will use this again next year when the dog show is in Hobbs and tell all my friends about it.

A new fave
Nice place to stay. Very clean and very quiet. Super comfortable bed and sitting chair. Really nice light fixtures and furnishings. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about, but the rates make up for it--and Thursday night dinner is sweet. Rooms are in "pods" (think construction site offices), but for that they are modern, tasteful, and--again--very clean. I'm hoping they branch out to other cities in NM--would be my first pick for a place to stay when traveling for work.
