Nice location and comfortable clean rooms

The area is very good! Close to marina do Pisa and beach, lots of restaurants! Nice welcoming at reception! Escorted us to our place and showed us around! Fluent in English. Room clean and comfortable! WiFi was pretty fast. Restaurant was accommodating and food good.

Io, mio marito e mio figlio di 6 anni abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile, il villaggio è davvero confortevole e molto tranquillo. L’appartamento non è molto grande, ma è davvero comodo e dotato di tutto il necessario con un bagno (doccia molto grande e comoda), una camera da letto e un soggiorno/cucina con un divano letto. Sia la camera da letto che la cucina sono dotati di aria condizionata. Wi-fi gratuito in tutto il villaggio. La presenza di un parco verde e ombreggiato proprio davanti all’appartamento ha reso ancora più piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Disponibile, davanti all’appartamento anche un tavolo con sedie sotto una veranda dove poter rilassarsi e pranzare all’aria aperta. Un altro aspetto positivo è sicuramente la presenza della piscina dove grandi e piccini possono divertirsi durante tutto il giorno, non affollata e quindi adatta anche a chi vuole semplicemente rilassarsi a prendere il sole. Nel villaggio è presente anche un ristorante/pizzeria che, a mio avviso, è l'unica cosa da migliorare un po’, le pizze sono però molto buone. Di fronte (basta semplicemente attraversare la strada) c’è il bagno Papaya che, da quest’anno non è più convenzionato col villaggio, ma è molto comodo ed ha una spiaggia di sabbia e acqua bassa ( recintata dagli scogli) adatta alle famiglie e soprattutto ai bambini. Io sconsiglio vivamente il ristorante all’interno dello stabilimento balneare.

Nogle gode dage

Hyggeligt sted med dejlig pool. Vandrutchebanen virkede ikke, hvilket livredderen fortalte og man kunne tydeligt se at den havde stået ubrugt hen i lang tid. Dejlige omgivelser og en god atmosfære. Stedet ligger lige ud til Middelhavet. Desværre kunne kun tre inklusiv livredderen tale engelsk, hvilket ødelagde lidt af oplevelsen. Jeg forventer at man kan kommunikere på engelsk på et hotel som henvender sig til andre end lokalbefolkning.

Bestes Urlaubsdomizil,unter Freunden! Mille Grazie

Der Urlaub war so relaxed und schön, das Wir nächstes Jahr sicher nochmal kommen, es war wie ein Urlaub bei der Familie, alle waren herzlich und freundlich, es wurde immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob alles passt. Hatte das Glück auch den Besitzer kennen zu lernen und man kann sich jetzt schon freuen was noch alles gemacht wird 👍🙂

Close to the beach and restaurants. Bar area/patio was nice. The pool hours not that great and water slide either didn’t work or was not open while we were there. Nice continental breakfast.

Buona location per famiglie

Struttura che fornisce servizi primari alla clientela come il bar/ristorante, il parcheggio e la piscina (andrebbe sistemato lo scivolo o addirittura tolto per migliorare l'area anche come immagine). Buona la pulizia dei locali come anche la disponibilità del personale. Da migliorare la colazione ed il WiFi che non sempre funziona.

Appartement agréable, dans un petit coin de verdure. La résidence propose beaucoup de service,notamment bar et restaurant. Le bar propose des petits déjeuner copieux la semaine avec un peu de charcuterie et des viennoiserie, vous pourrez également déguster des yaourt glacé et boire un jus d'orange sanguine ou d'ananas le tout accompagné d'un café ou cappuccino pour la modique somme de 3.50€ par personne. Le bar propose également des glace, et boisson tout au long de la journée, nous avons pu profiter d'un apéritifs avec des snacks. La piscine est agréable nous regrettons juste ne pas avoir pu profiter du toboggan. L'emplacement est idéale avec un arrêt de bus juste devant et beaucoup de restaurant à proximité. Le seul bémol il manque une épicerie à proximité le magasin coop le plus proche est a près de 1km L'accessibilité depuis Pise est simple 1 bus fait des allée retour régulier. Le personnel parle italien, anglais et un peu français (notamment la barmen ), ils sont tous très sympathique, agréable et discret. Nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour .

Godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Parkering utenfor hotellet med port som stenger 23.30. Fine leiligheter med air condition. Rent og pent. Testet ikke bar og restaurant, men virket ok dette også. Ikke noe negativt å si om overnattingsstedet!

difficult without car

We were attracted to stay here due to its proximity to the beach in Marina di Pisa. the complex is about 25 minute drive from Pisa town. These self catering Apartments are in reasonable shape with AC, gas hob and adequate kitchen utensils. I would rate the facilities as 3 star. The complex has a good swimming pool, bar and a much used water slide. The water slide works for 2 hours in morning and 2 hrs in afternoon. There s a life guard who ensures that everyone had donned swimming cap but indifferent to the safety of the water slide users many of whom are little children. Across the road is a pebbly but free beach .There are numerous other paid sandy beaches but to my knowledge, all are essentially small puddles separated from open sea by a wall of rocks and .not much fun. On the Marina and in the complex itself there are a lot of shows and loud music in night late till midnight. However the good old double glazing ensures adequate sound proofing. The in house restaurant is reasonably good. The nearest supermarket is 1 mile away. Therefore car is essential unless you wish to take the bus which stops just in front of the complex. Brenda and Massimo at the reception were very pleasant and helpful on the few occasions when we needed help. communication in English is an issue but this was easily overcome. The complex and Marina Di Pisa appears to cater mainly for Italian tourist. Thanks to the hire car we also managed to visit Pisa , Florence and Venice in these 7 days.

one of the best places i stayed in friendly people

I had over 5 hotels in Italy and this was one of the best. had a swimming pool and the ocean next door. we got there early and they let us keep our bags in the area near them while we explored the place and went to eat. loved it

Rigtig fint 3-stjernet familie-badehotel

Vi blev godt modtaget, og personalet stod klar til at hjælpe hele tiden. Poolen var flot og ren, husk badehætter, ellers ka de købes der for 3euro (krav for at gå i pool at man har badehætter på). Livredder til stede, og bar med fine priser. Privat gratis parkering bag bom og hegn. Lækre spisesteder tæt på til billige penge. Helt klart et gensyn værd.

Lidt trist og kedeligt sted

Ok for en enkelt overnatning på vej fra Toscana til Cinque Terre. Badeby med alt hvad der hører til. Lidt overpriced (ca. 1.000 DKK for en overnatning i juli)
