Great room - nice and clean. Service at front desk was great. Pet friendly.
If you're looking for a good place to stay at a great price SureStay Plus is it. This facility is conveniently located to nearby restaurants for food, and the highway system for access to everything.
Walked into our room and found a used towel hanging on bathroom hook and a towel in drawer that had red stuff on it. Hoping it was ketchup and not blood. Front desk worker was extremely apologetic. The next day we put a sign on the door when we left for the day to clean and when we came back 12 hours later it still had not been touched, sign still hanging.
Hotel changed owner ship the day before we checked in. Took 1 hour to check in because system was being changed over. Room was filthy, towels were raggedy, door was broken. They did not clean the room for 3 days. Do Not Stay here!
Beds were comfortable! There weren't enough towels or any washcloths in the bathroom, the clothes bar in the closet was broken. There weren't any "Breakfast grab bags" left for my kiddos.
Everything went as planned. We will probably stay there again.
Room was not cleaned properly. One bed unmade and dirty towel still in bathroom.
It was a nice room just wish it had a microwave and a refrigerator in the room. Also when i went to take a shower there was no water pressure and it took double the time to wash my hair. The staff was very friendly and the place was nice
There were no sheets Or pillows for The pull out bed. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. Both of the rooms next to us were wide open - a bit creepy. The gentleman working at the front desk was helpful, but I shouldn’t have had to come down for each item.
I'm a disabled combat veteran. I had to find a place for a few nights so the owner of the apartments I live could go through and sanitize the units and ductwork.I made my reservation online which was easy, I called the hotel and asked about particular payment options. She said I could pay cash at the end of the stay but needs a credit card with my name on it which was already on file when I arrived, I gave the woman at the counter two forms of ID. I wanted to pay for the stay right then and there. I don't know what or why she did it but she ran my card multiple times, flagged my card which rendered it useless. I had plenty of cash on hand. Keep in mind the hotel from what I could see, was empty. When I showed any sign of frustration with the situation she turned ugly said she couldn't do anything about it and turned and looked out the window as if I didn't exist. Or even try to find a solution. And since everything was shut down it took me three days to straighten it out. It's a shame when a disabled veteran during a global pandemic can't stay somewhere while their home is inaccessible by no fault of their own. I'm extremely disappointed. The main thing is she didn't even try to find a solution. So I can defend my country but can't stay at a microtel during a shutdown. Sad.
