Loved our stay here. Check-in was fast and friendly, and everyone was friendly throughout our visit. We never had a problem finding golf cart parking right out front. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower hot, kitchen amenities convenient. Very convenient to dock with ferry and where we met our snorkel guy, about a three minute walk. There is sand and a seawall in front of the property with lounge chairs. Sargassum was pretty bad during our early March stay, plus that section is a popular foot and bike path for locals, so we didn't sit out there. But we had a water facing deck which was awesome, so we enjoyed people watching and nice breezes. Live music nights will be loud, but it was done by about 9p when the restaurant closed. We didn't eat there, but it stayed pretty busy and their prices looked reasonable. Note that there is no elevator, so if you pack heavy and have an upper floor it could be challenging. Also, they WILL come in your room to clean every two days even if you put DND sign out - it's their policy.
