Nice property in a good location. I stayed on two occasions in October & December, i was impressed that the reception & restaurant staff all remembered even down to remembering my previous room number at the restaurant for breakfast. I will return in a few years time.

部屋はリフォームされたようでキレイです玄関ドア下の隙間が気になりました。従業員の方も翻訳アプリを使用してしっかり対応してくれます。一番気になったのは騒音で道路側の部屋だった為朝方まで音楽、クラクション、音が気になる方は避けた方がよろしいかと思います。 目の前には7/11 近くにナイトマーケットなど食べ物屋さんもたくさんあり便利でした♪

There isnt much to say either way about the hotel in general, its okay.The pictures look much better than reality. We had 21 days in Phuket before staying here for the last 3 nights. We booked a city view room. The room we were allocated was on the ground floor, right on the busiest road junction in probably the whole of the Island. They have built a wall, so that is your view, but it does not help with the never-ending traffic chaos/noise. They do provide ear plugs next to your bed, which is a first for us, as of course, they know the complaints will be coming. Also the smell of sewerage is about as bad as it gets. When we arrived, we must have had 20+ mosquitoes in the room, when one is bad enough. we did notice other areas of the hotel looked more modern. Yet even some of these rooms were right onto the public path with zero privacy. I suppose it matters more on how much you paid for the room and how long you are staying for. On a positive, the pool is nice and deep at one end and if you time it right, you might get 10+ mins to yourself late afternoon. If the hotel warned you before booking that you were going to be in one of the road bonkers roads you would probably not go ahead with the booking.

Fint hotell, hyggelig personalet og fint rom! Vi oppgraderte vårt rom til et med utsikt inn mot bassenget, noe jeg tror var lurt da det var dårlig isolert. Mye støy fra gaten rundt, både med bassenget og på rommet. Til prisen vi betalte var oppholdet verdt det! Vi ble uheldigvis matforgiftet på Naka nightmarket, noe som gjorde opplevelsen mindre hyggelig. Alikavel var personalet det som utgjorde den store forskjellen! De var hjelpsomme og snille❤️ Lengre unna stranden enn beskrevet, og i et område som passer best for en typsik «festferie»🤭 Høyt trafikkert område og ville valgt er annet område i phuket skulle jeg reist tilbake! Ca 1 time unna flyplass
