WE ALWAYS CHOOSE CAMBRIA WHEN WE VISIT FRIENDS IN UNIONTOWN, OH. HOWEVER THIS TIME WAS DISAPPOINTING. FIRST DAY WE HAD NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. WE MADE THE FRONT DESK AWARE OF THIS ISSUE 4 TIMES AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE ABOUT IT. EVERY TIME WE MENTIONED IT TO A DIFFERENT PERSON AT THE FRONT DESK, THEY CLAIMED THEY WEREN'T TOLD BY THE PREVIOUS PERSON THAT WAS ON DUTY??? THEN ON THE 2ND DAY THE LAST PERSON WE MENTION IT TO SAID THEY WOULD SEND UP MAITENANCE WHEN THEY GOT IT. MAINTENANCE NEVER SHOWED UP! THEN WE FIGURED OUT THAT THE FAUCETT WAS MIXED UP, HOT WAS COLD AND COLD WAS HOT. FLOOR IN ROOM WAS UNLEVEL UNDERNEATH CARPET. THE COMMON AREAS OF THE HOTEL WERE EXTREMLY WARM, HALLWAYS, BAR, RESTURANTE AREA AND THE POOL WAS LIKE A HUGE SAUNA. AND WITH THE EXTREME HEAT OUTSIDE IT WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO NOT HAVE THE AC ON IN ALL AREAS OF THE HOTEL. NEEDLESS TO SAY THIS VISIT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. THOUGH THE I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE YOUNG MAN ON DUTY AT THE FRONT DESK ON SUNDAY 6/22 WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HIS FACE. I'M ONLY SORRY I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME.
