We’re checked into The Sagaponack at 3:00 PM. We notified the front desk by phone, email, message and through hotels.com that our heat was not working. We are in NY. It was 30 degrees outside and 57 degrees inside our room. The heat was broken. See attached pictures. At 11:30 PM someone finally came to our room and after being inside the room and going somewhere for 30 minutes came back with a key to another room. I am shocked and appalled that it took several hours to remedy this situation. I am requesting a refund due to the La k of negligence and now dealing with this issue. My family could’ve frozen, and we were. We could not stay inside the room.
