I had one of the worst travel experiences with this property. After a long 13-hour journey, I arrived at the apartment only to find the room dirty, clearly not cleaned, and still occupied — personal belongings, luggage, and food were still inside. It was obvious the previous guest hadn't even checked out. The bed sheets were unchanged, the kitchen and table were filthy, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. I entered to another persons room and it made me uneasy, thinking anyone could enter my room while I was out.
To make matters worse, the hotel staff was completely unreachable. The property operates without a reception, and I was left standing outside with no way to get help. I had to go through Hotels.com support to get any kind of assistance, which took almost an hour.
Eventually, someone from the café downstairs (who was not even hotel staff) tried to help. After several failed attempts to reach anyone, I was finally contacted by someone named Adam. He gave me access to a completely different room than the one I booked — no washing machine, different layout, and not what was promised. While the room was clean and not occupied, it still didn’t match what I paid for.
No compensation was offered, and the whole experience left me stressed, exhausted, and disappointed. I absolutely do not recommend this property to anyone. If you value your time, energy, and basic cleanliness, stay elsewhere
