Perfect spot in Saxony Switzerland
A lively experience from the start. The front office made check in seamless with lots of information about the area and Spa. Room perfect with a spa bath and fantastic river views. I had to work and needed some broadband bandwidth and again everything was handled as best they could including access to the library to work from. Food was delicious with a chanterelles in season and good wine recommendations. Club sandwich and cocktails in the bar quality. Hotel spa fantastic. Great breakfast! Egg station, great coffee. Smiles from everyone we encountered. Just perfect.

This category of hotel usually offers tea/coffee facilities in the room- keep this standard 2.The bed was quite uncomfortable- two single mattresses of poor quality . On a king or queen bed- put a matching mattress not two put together

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Take advantage of the Toskana spa, don’t leave it for check out day (it will not be complementary on that day). The room was lovely ( junior suite). Wifi was ok. Breakfast was very good, the buffet dinner was average, but ok for the price. The staff were all very nice and polite. Pool and other wellness amenities were very nice, overall- highly recommended.

- fantastic to get picked up at the train station by the hotel staff. They were there and waiting for us when our train arrived and helped with the luggage - evening bar had a gentleman playingnthe piano which was very nice. Other bar and staffvservice was just average. - great breakfast with coffee waiting each morning in decent size pots. Foor selection and quality were a great positive. They will even make you a lunch to go for hiking if you request it. - location is pefext for those looking to see the most around the park and to get in great hikes or sights. Plenty of options for bus, boat, or train for gerltting to where you are going. - included entry to the therme (5 minute walk) was unexpexted and we used it several times. - room was a little disappointing. Bed was comfortable; not many towels; no free plugs causing us to unplug a lamp in order to charge devices AND.. no coffee or coffee pot. Felt this was a big letdown for the price and what was expected. Overall a great spot I would not be disappointed to stay on again.

Wir haben als Familie eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war top und auch der Wellnessbereich war gut. Am Abend gab es ein Themen-Buffet Eine Reise durch Frankreich. Wo mal wir nicht so gerne Buffet essen, war das Essen sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist schön und modern, mit einer guten Ausstattung und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Bedingt durch die Lage (im Elbtal) ist es nicht wirklich ruhig. Ich habe von einem Zimmer mit Blick auf den Marktplatz mit sehr schönem Blick (aber an Durchgangsstraße gelegen) in ein Zimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof (ohne Ausblick) gewechselt. Das Zimmer war funktional, dabei aber auch recht gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist recht schön und großzügig. Zum richtigen Relaxen besucht man aber besser die neben dem Hotel gelegene Therme. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war der Eintritt für die Therme im Zimmerpreis des Hotels inclusive. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Das Personal im Hotel an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und im Wellnessbereich ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Einen Wermutstropfen gibt es dann leider doch. Das Zimmer war bei Bezug nicht so gründlich geputzt, wie man es sich wünscht. Darum hier auch nur drei von 5 Punkten. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und ich würde wieder kommen.
