Average hotel but great location on a lovely pedestrian street with restaurants. 200m from the beach and start of the Promenade going along towards Babis Kuk lines with restaurants, cafes and beautiful scenery. Lots of access points to the rocks beside the water along here

Quarto estava sujo, lençol com mancha de sangue, o café da manhã um pouco estranho, é um restaurante que possui um m hotel puxadinho nos andares superiores.

This hotel is well situated but lacks the updates and finesse of some of the surrounding hotels. The evening dining and wait staff were not good at all. I would not take in a meal aside from the local style breakfast they serve in the morning.

The hotel was generally clean. Room service did an okay job of making the beds. Overall a bit outdated compared to surrounding hotels. We decided to have dinner at the hotel once and were disappointed with the customer service. Some of the food was cold, small portions compared to some of the other meals we had on the same street and the waiter did not check in on us. It was a busier night but when we brought up our concerns they were dismissed. Best thing about the hotel is the location.

Alles was perfect ook het ontbijt, de ligging vlakbij veel restaurants en het strand en voor een mooie zonsondergang. Verder dichtbij bushalte naar de old-town van Dubrovnik.

This hotel shares a name with at least three others in Dubrovnik, with not-so-obvious differences that it might be easy to book one in an area you are not expecting. This one is cute and old-school. It's within walking distance to a beach, but there's no pool. The staff are welcoming and friendly. They are also helpful if you have questions. It's on a street closed to cars, so there are restaurants and shops within walking distance, with no traffic. I had asked for a hotel with an elevator as stairs give me trouble. My room was on the 3rd floor easily accessible by elevator, but my room was situated in a wing that required a walk up and down a short flight of steps.

A well positioned hotel on a thoroughfare to Sunset beach. Staff meant well but failed on only problem, the TV was not working. They failed to fix problem or replace it during my stay or offer a reasonable reason why. Apart from that I enjoyed the area and my short break.

The location of this hotel was excellent! Settled on a “walking only” street along side an endless amount of restaurants, ice cream shops, play ground, arcades and stores for shopping!

Fairly nice hotel for okay price compared to city

Breakfast had enough options and was nice, location very practical. Nothing really fancy, but decent and functional. We had a pleasant stay.
