This was one of the worst hotel stays we’ve had. Check-in took over an hour due to a power issue—not ideal, but understandable. What followed was not.
Our first room (222) was musty, the A/C was covered in insect wings and didn’t work, and the room phone was dead. After waiting again, we were moved. The second room had sticky floors, and later we found a large roach on the ceiling. Staff came with a broom and bleach, saying maintenance isn’t available at night. They offered to move us again at 11 PM—no thanks.
Upstairs guests were loud until past 1 AM, and finally settled down AFTER our 2nd call to the office. after finally falling asleep, I was bitten by a bug in bed. No one offered compensation at checkout even after we explained the events. A manager later called me and said we’d get half off. That’s not acceptable. We’re requesting a full refund for this awful experience. Still waiting to hear from the GM. Tried to add photos, but frature isnt working.
