We really enjoyed this hotel. The restaurant and breakfast were wonderful and we loved the room. The only strange part of the room was the Reno on the bathroom - we think they had planned to make the toilet into the shower but changed their minds. Anyhow, apart from that it was great. We had trouble with a taxi driver one night and the young desk clerk really tried hard to help us (I think his name was Dimitri). He stayed calm and helped us call the police. The taxi driver was an anomaly: we lived Bratislava and this hotel. Stay here - look no further.

Hotel is a historic building and they do a great job of upkeep. Looking is convenient to the Christmas Market, Old Town and all the sights; all walkable. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and in a beautiful location.
