My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Although my first impression was acceptable, serious issues became impossible to ignore. The treatment from the reception — especially Sonia — and the cleaning staff showed a complete lack of professionalism, tact, and basic human courtesy. The rest of the staff were polite, but unfortunately, the behavior of key members deeply affected my stay.
The hotel was extremely noisy: every day there were guests shouting and slamming doors near my room, and no one from the staff took action. The cleaning team was also very loud in the corridors early in the morning, making rest difficult. The buffet staff were inattentive, never greeting guests properly, and the coffee and tea water were always cold.
When I arrived, the corridors were dirty, full of dust and plastic debris — unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars.
Despite trying to remain positive at the beginning, the repeated lack of attention, respect, and hospitality made it impossible not to highlight these serious flaws. The hotel falls far below the standard it advertises. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it.
