IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I STAY AT THIS HOTEL, BECAUSE THE TRUTH IS GREAT, BUT THIS YEAR I STAYED TWO DAYS, EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL BREAKFAST TIME CAME, EVERYTHING WAS EMPTY, I HAD GONE TO EAT BREAKFAST ONLY 45 MINUTES AFTER THEY HAD SET IT OUT, THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE ON CHECK TO REFILL WHAT HAD BEEN FINISHED AND WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST ON THAT SHIFT WAS TOLD, SHE GOT ANNOYED AND TOOK HER TIME, SINCE SHE WAS ONLY PENDING ON HER CELL PHONE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD THIS BAD EXPERIENCE. I HOPE THEY CAN IMPROVE THIS SITUATION BECAUSE THIS COULD LEAD TO PEOPLE NOT CONTINUING TO CHOOSE THEM AS A PLACE TO STAY.
