Lovely place with great Staff.
Our stay was excellent, Kays, looked after us as if we were family. On stepping in till leaving 3 days later,I could not fault the staff especially Kays. We ate in the restaurant the first night,food was very good,as good as anything else we had eaten in Tunisa in the past month. Breakfast was your basic buffet affair,with all the usual things,boiled eggs,meats,cheeses etc and plenty of it. Quality of the coffee was also really good. Also the shower took a minute to warm up but when it did it would go as warm as you like with plenty of pressure.

The room was without AC for the same same prince as standard room. No towels in the room . Just got 1 later in the night . Uncomfortable bed. Wrong check out time . I asked to leave at 12 where it is claimed in the booking that the checkout is at 12 30. Personal could not provide any solution or help. Not a good experience overall.

This is the story : Booked two singles rooms and becaus me and my friend we know each other's they call us and canceled our reservations without refound our money becaus the resrvation was not refundable, they kicked us out soon we arived at 11 pm after we checked in with no reasons only because we know each other , when i called the expidia to get my refound they lie to them and said anther story . I dont recommend this hote to any one becase is very bad experience and very bad staff
