Our room is absolutely amazing so big. The building being such a heritage building was just amazing. The work that they have done to keep within the character still of the building that having the modern touches is just phenomenal. We loved our stay here very handy to what we needed.

Amazing experience spacious exceptional value for the price. Also love the idea that they give back to the community and also offer the opportunity. If you would like to leave your room clean the company will plant a tree cleaner environment for you and me for everybody to see the next generation can be a part of that too Amazing could not fault it.

The staff were warm, friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and well presented. The hotel has a great sense of style, with thoughtful interior design and small details that make the stay feel more polished. I especially liked the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the lobby and corridors, which added to the overall feeling of cleanliness and quality. A comfortable and well-maintained hotel that I would happily recommend.

Amazing place to stay with probably the best check in staff I’ve met in the last 30 years of travelling around, very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be recommending to any of my family and friends that ever stay in Newcastle.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The studio room was perfect for a 2 night stay. A slight smell in the bathroom from the pipes at times, but it is a beautiful old building. I would stay again
