The hotel is in a beautiful location and well-kept. The front desk woman (check in was 7pm 4/1) was on her phone, seemed irritated someone was checking in. She took the payment but didn't offer any info on the hotel (amenities, breakfast options, etc.) We booked two rooms for two nights. On the second night an extremely loud and inebriated group took over the lobby and hallways after 10:30pm. Kids running, screaming, adults yelling as well. The front desk woman (same person) seemed nonchalant and unaware of how to handle the situation. Numerous guests were bothered. Probably won't come back. On a more positive note, the general manager was pleasant and helpful (he just wasn't there when the noisy guests were taking over the lobby and hallways).
