Everything was great. Super helpful to have a water filter in the room and pitcher to chill water in the refrigerator. Breakfast was also great. Only negative was the elevators took forever, anywhere from 5 to 10 or even 15 minutes, and were often packed making it difficult come and go easily. Not sure if it’s always like that or because of the construction and some of the other elevators being out of commission.

Great location, it was easily accessible to train and bus lines. Lots of sites and things to do within walking distance. Staff were amazing! The only issue we had was with the elevator. At certain times, it was super slow and packed, so there would often be a wait. It was find during non-peak hours. Other than that, I would highly recommend.
