The app to unlock the key didn’t work. I arrived late and the office was closed. I was able to reach key maintenance to locate the emergency key. I booked for 2 nights, but I was never able to stay in the room. Bathroom floor was dirty, bedsheets had stains, a chair had a full on hand shaped stain with black marks. That’s without the cobwebs anywhere you look.
Since I couldn’t get support at the time, I reached out to Hotels.com for help. They told me they reached out to the hotel to enquire about refund, but two days later, the hotel told me they were never notified. Sadly a shitshow across the board where not only did I lose that money but also had to find an alternative on very short notice.
