Nice Hotel close to Macon

We arrived on a Sunday unfortunately the restaurant was closed, which we knew ahead so no problem. Next time we definetly will return on an other day to enjoy the restaurant. We liked the hotel verry much especially the wine on the terasse in the evening.

Vi havde et forfærdeligt ophold på dette hotel. Vi ankom til vores værelse, og det bar præg af, at det var lang tid siden, at der havde boet nogen sidst. Rengøringen var mangelfuld, og der var spindelsvæv i krogene. Vi havde booket et familieværelse, da vi havde vores datter på 10 måneder med, dette værelse var placeret under taget, hvor der var ekstremt varmt. Aircondition på værelse var i stykker, hvilket resulterede i, at vi ikke kunne putte vores datter til at sove. Hun vågnede ked af det og badet i sved. Vi besluttede at gå til personalet med vores problem, da det var en uholdbar situation for os at skulle sove på dette værelse. Receptionisten havde ikke tid til at hjælpe os, da hun også var tjener i hotellets restaurant. Vi stod længe og ventede i receptionen med vores datter på armen. Da vi henvendte os igen, gik receptionisten med op på værelset for at se på aircondition, men hun kunne ikke løse problemet. Vi foreslog selv, om vi kunne få et andet værelse, hvilket receptionisten indvilligede i. Vi gik med ned i receptionen for at hente nøglerne, og her blev vi mødt af en meget vred kok fra hotellet, som råbte ad os, at vi måtte vente med at skifte værelse, til restaurantens aften-service var overstået. Vi var målløse, aldrig har vi oplevet så ringe en service. Hvad er det for en måde at behandle sine kunder på?? Vi stod dér magtesløse med vores lille baby, som ikke kunne sove pga. et problem fra hotellets side. Vi anbefaler ikke dette sted. Øv en dårlig oplevelse!

Hôtel dans une ancienne bâtisse! Jolie déco, concept intéressant avec des œuvres d art. Toutefois très difficile de dormir. On entend les pas au dessus avec le sol qui grince à chaque pas! Dans un hôtel c est bien le sommeil le plus important et la vraiment ce n est pas le cas! La restauration est parfaite, le personnel très agréable. Mais hélas on repart le lendemain fatigué. Et c’est vraiment dommage.

Étape d'une nuit, pour une visite des caves du Beaujolais, cet hotel est idéalement bien situé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le cadre est parfait : le jardin et la piscine très agréables et la déco de l'hotel très sympa et originale. La chambre est très propre, confortable et décorée avec goût. Quant au restaurant, le dîner, qui a été servi à l'extérieur en raison de la chaleur, nous a séduit par son raffinement, plein de saveurs. C'est une adresse à recommander !
