The place was falling apart. The office out front was boarded up. It looked nothing like the pictures.I drove down the side and found a sign saying open. No one was there. I called the number on the sign and no one answered. I received a call back and I voiced my concerns and that it was false advertisement and that I didn't feel safe. He said I had to go to the website to get my money back. I have contacted Hotels.com and have yet to get an answer back. I had to go to another hotel. They were booked or had a 3 night minimum to stay. I finally found one. I had to pay $195 plus I was out the money for other hotel. Don't use Hotels.com. You don't know what your getting for your money.
