Ev sahibi Ferhan hanım her şeyi en ince ayrıntısıyla düşünmüş. Konumu kalkan merkezde,terasta deniz manrazası full ilk günden itibaren çok konforlu bir tatil geçirdik. Ferhan hanım'a çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek ümidiyle.

My Daughter and I have just returned from staying at Kalamaki Flats. Ferhan who runs the complex is so lovely, helpful and responsive. The flat is spotlessly clean and was bigger than I anticipated. We arrived to a fridge full of essentials and homemade mezzes and jams which were delicious! The flat is right in the centre of old town and yet very quiet at night, we weren’t disturbed by the music. The roof terrace is perfect in the evenings as you still feel part of the atmosphere but without being in the centre of it. We will definitely return, Thank You Ferhan x

Bayram tatilinde üç kişi Kalamaki Flats’te konakladık. Giriş anımızdan itibaren Ferhan Hanım bizlerle o kadar güzel ilgilendi ki kendi evimizde bu kadar rahat edemezdik herhalde. Dairenin içerisindeki malzemeler, hijyen her şey olağanüstüydü. İhtiyacımız olan her şey vardı, hatta ihtiyacımız olacağını düşünmediğimiz ama konaklarken hayatımızı kolaylaştıracak şeyler dahi bizler için düşünülmüştü. Terasta inanılmaz bir manzaraya karşı kahvaltımızı, akşam yemeklerimizi yiyip gün içinde keyif kahvemizi içtik. Konum olarak halk plajının hemen dibinde, çarşının içerisinde yer alıyor. Çarşı içinde olmasına rağmen o kadar harika bir konumda ki en kalabalık bölgeleri atlatıp görece daha sakin bir tarafa bakıyorsunuz. Herhangi bir gürültü veya ses kirliliği hiç yok. Türkiye’de gerçekten bu kadar iyi düşünülmüş iyi işetmecilik ve etik anlayışa sahip turizm işletmecisi de nadir bulunur diye düşünüyorum. Ferhan Hanım ve değerli çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederiz. İnanılmaz keyifli bir tatildi.

Ablam ve oğlumla yaptığımız Eylül tatilinde 5 gün Kalamaki Flats 'de konakladık. Plaja, merkeze ve yeme-içme alanlarına yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük bir avantaj. Dairemiz son derece temiz ve ev konforunu aratmayacak eşyalarla donatılmıştı. Şunu söyleyebilirim ki müşteri memnuniyetinin ön planda olduğu bir işletme söyleyin derseniz burayı söylerim. Çünkü Ferhan Hanım'ın inceliğini daha işletmeye adım atar atmaz hissediyorsunuz. Genelde 3 kişilik evlerde konulan kanepeler dar ve çok konforlu olmaz. Ama Kalamaki'de açılır kanepenin neredeyse çift kişilik yatak haline gelmesi bizim açımızdan çok büyük avantaj. Ev büyüklüğü gayet rahat. Mutfak malzemeleri kendi evinizi aratmıyor. İnce detaylar insanı memnun ediyor. Ortak çatı manzarası muhteşem. Ferhan Hanım'a ve yardımcılarına güleryüzü ve ilgileri için sonsuz teşekkürler.. Misafir: SERPİL İlk defa geldiğim Kalkan'da sizin işletmenizi seçmekle çok isabetli bir seçim yaptığımı söyleyebilirim. Konumu itibariyle Kalkan'da her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Daire geniş ve hijyenik. Ortak terasın manzarası hem gündüz hem gece tam seyirlik. En önemlisi gelen misafirlere Ferhan Hanım ve ekibinin tutumları. İlgili, güleryüzlü ve sıcak tutumları insana değer verildiğini hissettiriyor. İhtiyacımız olan şeyleri bizden önce düşünmeleri çok ince bir davranış.( Çünkü sıcakta yol yorgunu gelip acil alışveriş yapmak ve birden karşınızda buzdolabındaki ikramları görmek vay dedirtiyor).Ferhan Hanım sizi ve ekibinizi tanımaktan son derece memnun old

From the moment we arrived we absolutely loved our time at Kalamaki Flats! Ferhan and her team were incredibly welcoming, we arrived to warm smiles and a lovely welcome pack in the fridge, including homemade biscuits. The flat itself was incredibly clean and so well equipped with everything you could need. The terrace was also lovely and we enjoyed our breakfasts there daily and some wine before we made our way out for dinner. I’ve been to Kalkan many times and this was the best location I’ve stayed in, you were literally a road away from old town. Thank you so much again for a great stay, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Zuerst einmal möchten wir betonen, dass wir eines unserer schönsten Urlaube in Kalkan Kas verbracht haben. Wir haben für 13 Tage das Appartment gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Herr Cem war unkompliziert - alles per Whatsapp. Dort angekommen wurden wir von der Hausherrin Frau Ferhan & dem Manager des Hauses Herr Sirin herzlichst empfangen. Koffer ins Apparment gebracht, alles wurde uns detailliert gezeigt. Anschließend haben sie uns nach oben auf die wundervolle Terasse (schönster Ausblick auf den Strand / das Meer sowie umliegende Gegend (Berge, idylissche Gassen. Jeder Gast hat Zugang darauf, bitte unbedingt dort Abends Zeit verbringen...es ist unbezahlbar schön!) eingeladen auf ein kaltes, erfrischendes Getränk. Super freundlich. Nachdem wir kurz die "formellen" Dinge besprochen haben (Türen öffnen mit selbst gewählten Codes, super geringe Kaution etc.) konnten wir die Gegend erkunden. Auch hierzu hat Frau Ferhan alle möglichen Insider Tipps sowie Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsgeschäfte, Strände Sehenswürdigkeiten etc etc mitgeteilt. Unser Apparment war nicht nur extrem sauber sondern auch total modern eingerichtet. Sie haben von allem eine Erstausstattung gehabt (von Spülmittel über Toilettenpapier bis hin zu Seife im Bad). Alles war da! Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, sogar einer Frenchpress oder Cezve (für türk. Moka). Alles in allem war einzigartig, wir haben uns wie daheim gefühlt. Halk plajına ve merkeze olan yakınlığıyla, odalarının kullanışlı ve temizliğiyle, Ferhan Hanım'ın misafirperverliğiyle harika bir tatil sizi bekliyor.Akşam yemeklerini yiyebileceğiniz muhteşem terası size sunulmuş olup harika manzara eşliğinde akşam yemeklerinizi yiyebiliyorsunuz.biz çok memnun kaldık. Muhtemelen her Kalkan'a gidişimizde tercih edeceğimiz ilk yer burası olacak. Herşey için çok teşekkürler Ferhan Hanım.

The property is extremely new and well kept property, unbelievably clean, roughly three minutes walk from a crystal clear beach and in the heart of kalkan , minutes from the restaurants and shops. The host is excellent and will kindly cater for your every need . The reception on arrival was the best we have ever had . We didn't want to leave this beautiful place. Keep up the great work and we hope to see you again!

This has to be one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. The host greeted us with turkish tea and cheese filled pastries, filled up the fridge for breakfast as we arrived late and made us feel very welcomed throughout the whole week. Ferhan (the host) knows what she is doing and is honestly a pleasure to talk to, making you want to stay all night on the beautiful terrace with a beautiful ocean view and talk to her about life and all. She also offered to drive us to Kas (a city nearby) and helped us organise a trip to the nearby Greek islands. We all really enjoyed staying here as it was very local, a 2 minute walk to the beach, very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be coming back as this actually felt like a temporary home.

Wellcoming has been fantastic I felt speechless for the kindness and all the items that they deserve to you. Flats are very clean, well designed and super furnished. There is more than you need! Position is very close to the main beach and not so far from the bus stop to reach Kaputas and Kas. You can find in the upper floor a nice terrase wher guest can relax and taste their drink or enjoy the sunset. We felt like in a family, comunication was good and quick. I recommend 100%

The building is very close to sea and very clean place. The top floor has very good View, it is so good for drink or eat something. Because of the newest building in Kalkan, Kaş , I suggest everyone.
