We booked the Eloúnda breeze, based on photos on Expedia and the several reviews on here that appeared to be realistic taking into consideration the price. Lobby is lovely and updated, and you can see they have done such upgrades when you consider down the road the Eloúnda mare and the Eloúnda beach hotels which are both 5 star mega hotels that we had a chance to walk round both and we wish we had spent more and stayed there!
Food was very edible we were all inclusive and enjoyed the buffets, the al la carte was just awful, this is something you can only book once a trip and would advise not even bothering.
We read that there was some old and new rooms, we got the old of course being a double with a balcony, bathroom was too small the door hits the toilet when going in there, the grid in the middle of the floor stinks and it is impossible to not be swimming in a lake as the shower curtain does not function.
Best bit of the hotel in our opinion was the private beach which is a 5-10 min walk away, with its own bar and lovely surrounding sea which is great for snorkelling we saw loads of different fish and even an octopus in the wild. The only down side to this however is the childish behaviour of people reserving sun beds with towels and stones who then decide to go to lunch leaving said items, this did not stop us as I burn easily and had my fair share of sun and need shade.
Hotel all in all is not terrible but needs to improve in lots of areas.
