Clean, the a/c worked well, glad to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Weird problem with drawer opening automatically, but did not block the way to the bathroom from the bed. Great value for the price.

They are renovating and the renovated rooms are nice! Not much to offer besides a bed to sleep in, but that's all we needed. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

The property has been recently remodeled, you could smell that new furniture and fresh paint smell. Rooms are clean and neat, very fluffy soft pillows and comfy bed to sleep in. Staff is helpful and friendly, be patient as this is a small family owned and operated hotel and they can be quite busy, yet patience pays off with polite, caring and friendly service. Breakfast was hot and delicious. This was our second time staying with Maple Tree.

I drove up to the hotel and it was a dump. I got out of there in a hurry and ended up driving to Oxford instead.

We had hair on the sheets. Both beds probably dog hair but the staff was very helpful at getting them changed. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, no place to hang clothes, however they did state they where doing remodeling we also had someone knocking on our door at 2, 2:30, 3, and 6am I know its not the hotel but it dose give iff a vibe of people coming And going all night.

Very nice place, quiet even though it was on the highway. The room was clearly recently renovated, and clean. The soap was good and plenty clean towels. Very good a/c too and friendly staff. Very nice place.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Room was very clean and updated. Comfortable beds and bedding. It was inexpensive and indescript, but the room was really nice! 30 minutes from the Ozark Amphitheater and minutes from route 66 attractions. Thanks for a nice stay!

The room was clean and nice but the room was small. The room had a smell to it kinda of a dog smell, I sprayed with Lysol spray and it was tolerable. Other than the smell everything else was good ,nice white towels. I would stay there again.

The room was pretty good. It would’ve been better if they were queen size beds, and not full-size also they should add a table and a chair for sitting area. Also, the drawers of the dresser would not stay short.
