The friendly Chinese-speaking staff tried very hard to make our stay at this hotel a good experience. Unfortunately they only had 1 English speaking employee on staff at the front desk during the day, and 1 at night, so every time we tried to communicate, that one person had to be called in to talk to us. Otherwise, their dinner buffet was exceptional, the room air conditioning worked well (important for the hot mid June days/nights), the location was good, and we received a free room upgrade when it became apparent that we had booked a room that was too small for 2 people. They booked train tickets for us through a local travel agency, reserved taxis when we needed them, provided free internet in the lobby, and provided a quiet room off the lobby for me to conduct my business meeting in during the morning. If you have the patience to work with the staff through English translations, I would definately recommend staying at this hotel.
