I am writing to express my deep indignation and frustration regarding the unpleasant experience we had during our stay at your hotel from September 20 to 22 of this year. The stay was completely disappointing and fell far short of the expectations one would have for a hotel of the category you claim to represent. Below, I outline the serious issues we encountered:
1. Room 1904 under the name of José Luis Paniagua: Upon our arrival, the entrance to building 19 had a wet floor. Upon entering the room, we noticed a leak in the air conditioning unit. Despite our reports, the maintenance staff merely dried the water, but the leak persisted, worsening to the point that the room flooded during the nights of September 20 and 21. Even after sending a technician on the last night, the problem remained. Additionally, the TV and the fridge never worked. We had to clean the flood ourselves, as we did not receive timely assistance—something that was clearly not our responsibility.
2. Room 1903 under the name of Alfida Mejía: This room had issues with the air conditioning, which were not addressed during the first two days, leading to an extremely uncomfortable stay for the three guests. The heat was unbearable, and they woke up drenched in sweat. Furthermore, the bathroom had a vent emitting a foul odor, making the stay even more unpleasant.
3. Rooms 1914 and 1912 under the names of Enyer Silverio and Víctor Popa: Both rooms experienced intermittent issues with the air conditioning. ….
