Mycket trevlig personal.

Fantastisk hotel. Udsigten alene gør at man kommer tilbage.

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is a little dated, but the staff were wonderful. Really enjoyed the refreshments offered upon arrival, the pool and spa, and terrace bar for an apertivo. We mentioned it was my son’s birthday, and the housekeeping staff left candies and a birthday balloon in our room—so sweet! Great breakfast buffet and decent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Plus, the view from the terrace is amazing!

Love our stay and it was quiet with beautiful sceneries. We were there for only one night therefore I must definitely come back again. Love the staff. People are so beautiful here!

It was the most amazing place. We have been in a long time unfortunately we got sick and have to go home before our vacation was ended. But it was not because of the food at the hotel everything was so good. They even gave us good discount because we leave before time it’s a must to try on this wonderful hotel. We will come back 100%.

The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. The rooms are clean, well\-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning for added comfort.

Beyond our expectations

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more relaxing. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!
